Before acceptance
You may withdraw an enquiry without charge before a written engagement is accepted. A request is reviewed for availability and eligibility before acceptance. We do not start work without agreement on the scope, fee, timetable and contracting entity.
Consumers and distance service contracts
Where you contract as a consumer and the statutory right applies, you may cancel within 14 days after the service contract is made. The standard website workflow does not request early performance during that period. If early performance is needed, we must separately obtain your express request and the disclosures required by law. If you then cancel, a proportionate charge for work actually supplied may apply only where the legal conditions are met. Loss of the cancellation right on full performance requires the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement; accepting general terms alone is not enough.
Business engagements
Business-to-business cancellation is governed by the accepted scope. For these introductory packages, cancellation before work starts is refundable in full. Once work starts, a fair charge may be made for documented work actually completed within the agreed scope, up to the accepted price. The unused balance is refunded. A later custom contract must disclose different terms before acceptance and cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
Failure to deliver
If we cannot supply the agreed engagement, we offer an agreed reschedule or a refund of the unperformed portion. Applicable rights to reasonable care and skill, repeat performance or a price reduction are not excluded. An introductory conversation does not guarantee any commercial, technical or regulatory outcome.
Requesting a cancellation
Email contact@i4pgroup.online with your name, engagement reference and a clear cancellation statement. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method without our charging a refund fee, normally within 14 days or the applicable statutory deadline.

Use this form only if you wish to cancel a service contract; a clear email cancellation statement is also accepted.
