Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:30. Closed on weekends and UK bank holidays. UK local time. Remote consulting for business clients in the United Kingdom and Europe. Based in Laddingford, Kent; office meetings by appointment. No physical goods delivery. We aim to respond to routine enquiries within two working days. Office visits require an agreed appointment and access arrangements.
Defined work and delivery
Each package states the input limit, meeting duration where included, written output and delivery target. The complete fee is shown in GBP or EUR, including applicable taxes. We confirm the agreed start and delivery dates, client eligibility and scope before payment. New requirements and extra work are separately agreed.
