Package scope and client
These introductory engagements are intended for businesses and organisations using non-sensitive information. Each item states its session or review scope, input limit, output and delivery target. Provide your organisation and accurately describe the requirement. Acting as a business on a form does not remove any mandatory rights you have in law.
Request and acceptance
Choose one package and currency, supply your contact details and request a start date. You can correct the information before submitting. A request does not book a session or form a contract. We confirm client and sector eligibility, availability, the exact published scope, agreed inputs, start and delivery dates and payment arrangements in writing. A contract forms under that written acceptance and any stated payment condition.
Fees and payment
The displayed amount is the complete fee for the specified package, including applicable taxes. GBP and EUR prices are set separately; your saved currency is the agreed payment currency, not a live exchange-rate quote. There is no delivery charge, extra deposit, hidden subscription or recurring payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion or other charges. Additional work and any extra fee require a separate agreement before it begins.
Payment records
We supply payment arrangements for accepted requests. Card links, where offered, open the official Stripe gateway for WooCommerce. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. The provider’s verified notification records payment; returning from checkout alone does not prove it. Save your reference and private request link, and do not share the link publicly.
Delivery and included clarification
Delivery follows the scope and dates in the written acceptance. A written output is due within the stated working-day target after the agreed session or receipt of accepted inputs, whichever is later. One in-scope clarification round is included when requested within ten working days of delivery. Additional requirements are separately scoped. No short reporting window removes rights concerning a failure to provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.
Specialist context and information handling
The business context includes defence-industry, critical-infrastructure and technology work. The actual sector, client and any relevant permission or export restriction are checked and accurately disclosed to the payment provider. These introductory packages do not include classified or controlled technical work, engineering assurance or certification, security clearance, procurement commitments, legal advice or financial advice. Do not submit classified, controlled, export-restricted, credentials or personal identity information through the website or ordinary enquiry email. Sensitive work requires a separate suitable arrangement and is outside these website packages.
Cancellations and consumer rights
You may withdraw an unaccepted request without charge. Cancellation before work starts is refundable in full. Once business work starts, any retained fee is limited to fair, documented in-scope work already supplied, capped at the accepted price; the unused balance is refunded. Where you are legally a consumer and a statutory service cancellation right applies, the cancellation policy explains the 14-day period and early-performance rules. This website’s general acceptance checkboxes do not request early consumer performance or waive cancellation rights.
Problems, liability and law
Contact contact@i4pgroup.online or +447966059833 with your reference. Our complaints process and applicable remedies remain available. No commercial, technical or regulatory outcome is guaranteed. Nothing excludes fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer protections. English law applies subject to mandatory protections and court rights; a separate B2B agreement may specify its own terms. The saved terms continue to apply to an accepted engagement; later revisions do not remove existing rights.
