Fixed package scope
These packages cover remote, non-sensitive introductory discussions or document reviews. No physical goods are shipped and there is no delivery fee. Each item states its complete GBP/EUR fee, input page limit, session duration where included and written output. The written acceptance confirms the provider, client, inputs, outputs, start date and delivery date before payment.
Delivery targets
Written outputs are delivered within the package’s stated two, three or five working days after the agreed session or receipt of all accepted inputs, whichever is later. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. The confirmed timetable accounts for any applicable consumer cancellation period. Delays caused by missing inputs require an agreed revised delivery date.
Meetings and materials
A preferred date is a request until confirmed. Sessions use the telephone or agreed online meeting arrangements at UK-local times. Office meetings require a prior appointment. Inputs must be ordinary non-sensitive business material within the stated page limit and shared using the agreed channel. Public forms and ordinary enquiry email are not suitable for classified, controlled or security-sensitive records.
Clarification and changes
One clarification round concerning the delivered output is included when requested within ten working days of delivery. It addresses the accepted scope, rather than new requirements or additional documents. This window does not restrict rights concerning defects, omissions or services not provided as agreed. Extra sessions, extra pages and specialist work require a separate written scope and fee.
Client and sector eligibility
We confirm the actual nature of the engagement, client eligibility and applicable permissions, sanctions or export restrictions before acceptance. The defence-industry and critical-infrastructure context is disclosed; the listed packages do not include controlled technical work, regulated engineering sign-off, legal advice, financial advice or a claim of security clearance. No government-client relationship or certification is implied.
